Hi, visitors!
Welcome to my website!
I do hope my website is helpful to you or for anyone you know dealing with domestic violence and abuse in any form. There are many forms of abuse. Educate yourself and others. Violence and abuse should not be tolerated. You cannot change your abuser, he (and sometimes she), can only fix themselves. If you are in danger, leave before it is too late!

Blogger has changed the formatting so I sure hope my blog today goes through and is posted!

I have been so busy it has been unreal. Working in the flower beds, the pond, (going to try and get some fish out this morning and take to the neighbor's huge pond), CCAPL fund-raisers, trimming here and there of bushes, shrubs, inside work, (going to paint the dining room wall this morning before it gets to hot!), meetings, etc. etc.

I've taken the summer off from work except for about 2 days a month I'm going in if there are any girls for the W.I.S.H. group sessions. I might have one tomorrow night. Depends if the gals I called can make it in.

I'm going to Tenn. to visit my sister and family the week of July 17th. Looking forward to the visit. I was able to see them just last weekend at our great nephew's graduation party. Just hard to believe he has graduated from high school! He is such a fine young man and has accomplished much in his young life already. So proud of him!

Brother-in-law has gone back to Nebraska after his year of being with his dad to write his book. He is returning in July to visit with other brother and wife arriving from Missouri for a brief stay. Looking forward to seeing them.

When hubby and I went fishing last week, I had the most astounding experience! I was able to see a Bald Eagle take flight out of a tree only about fifteen feet from the boat! We had just pulled into an inlet, shut the motor off and I heard this load "swishing" noise...looked up and there it was! I was just so elated beyonds words! Wow! I called and reported it to the National Wildlife organization. They said to keep them posted if we spotted a nest somewhere at the lake where we were fishing. How cool!

Well I'm off to catch some fish and take to the neighbors pond, then get to painting the wall.

Please take care, and be safe.  At times it is overwhelming and devastating what you are going through, but remember, others have done gone through it, moved on, and acquired a better life for themselves and their children. Learn all you can. You deserve a happy life!

Best regards,
Becky :)
